Your download is starting.
If it does not start in a few seconds, use the button at the end of the page. Meanwhile, here is how to get the app recording.
- 1Open the installer
If the browser asks whether you want to keep the file, choose keep. Then open the installer. If Windows shows a blue protection window, that is its standard warning for programs it does not know yet: click More info, then Run anyway.
- 2Find the icon next to the clock
The app lives in the Windows system tray, next to the clock. On Windows 11, a new icon is usually hidden: click the arrow (^) to see it. Orange means it is recording; gray means it is paused. The first time it opens, the dashboard appears in your browser with a quick explanation.
- 3Mark your first lag
When the game freezes or the stream buffers, press Ctrl+Alt+L. The lag is saved right away, with the 5 minutes before and the 2 after, without opening a window. Then click the notification to say what happened. If your internet drops for 30 seconds, the app records the outage on its own.
